By accessing or using any services provided by Tidee Co. ("we", "us", or "our"), including curbside bin pull-out and trash valet services, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service:
1. Services Provided
Tidee Co. offers:

Curbside trash bin pull-out and return services
-
Doorstep trash valet for multi-family residences
Services are offered on a scheduled basis according to your service plan (e.g., one-time, weekly.).
2. Service Area
Our primary service region includes Orange County, CA, including but not limited to Irvine, Tustin, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Lake Forest, and Newport Beach. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our active coverage zones.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

Have bins accessible in your designated area (e.g., garage side, porch) before scheduled service time

Ensure bins are properly bagged and closed

Keep the path to bins clear of obstructions, pets, or locked gates

Inform us of missed pickups, holiday changes, or special instructions
4. Scheduling & Cancellations

You may pause or cancel service at any time with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed service due to unreported inaccessibility may still be billed.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, unsafe conditions, or holidays. You will be notified by text, email, or app alert.
5. Billing & Payments

Services are billed monthly or per service, depending on your plan.

Payment methods include credit/debit card or ACH transfer.

Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved.

Returned or disputed payments may incur a $25 fee.
6. Refunds
We offer refunds for missed services only if reported within 24 hours. No refunds are issued for canceled services after completion or same-day cancellations.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Tidee Co. is not liable for:

Damaged or stolen bins after service completion

Trash spillage due to overfilled or improperly closed bins

Injury due to hazardous waste, broken bins, or sharp objects not properly bagged
You assume all risk for waste materials provided to us.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline or cancel service for:

Repeated non-compliance with our terms

Unsafe or unsanitary conditions

Aggressive pets or inappropriate customer behavior
9. Privacy & Communication
We collect and use your contact info (email, phone, address) to provide service updates and scheduling notices. Your data is never sold or shared without consent.
10. Changes to Terms
Tidee Co. may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notice.
