At Tidee Co., we strive to deliver reliable and consistent curbside bin pull-out and trash valet services. We understand that issues may arise, and we aim to resolve them fairly. Please review our refund policy below:


βœ… Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund or credit in the following cases:

  • Missed Service:
    If we fail to perform a scheduled service and the issue is reported within 24 hours, we will issue either:

    • A full refund for that service, or

    • A credit applied to your next billing cycle

  • Overcharges or Duplicate Payments:
    Any billing errors or duplicate charges will be fully refunded upon confirmation.


🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice)

  • Inaccessible bins due to locked gates, pets, vehicles, or obstacles

  • Service disruption due to weather, natural disasters, or city collection delays

  • Prepaid monthly plans after service has begun

  • Customers can pause or cancel service with 48 hours' notice before the next scheduled service date.

  • Refunds are not issued for unused days in a monthly plan after cancellation unless service failure occurs on our part.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Credit card payments may appear as β€œTidee Co.” or similar.
